Tk100 Terms & Conditions — Complete Terms of the Betting Platform

1 General Information & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the tk100 platform (tk100.ws) and all its users. tk100 operates as a licensed online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and international markets.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Tk100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of the Terms and Conditions
• If false information is provided during KYC verification
• If suspicious betting patterns or signs of fraudulent activity are detected
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Tk100 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Delays or failures in bet placement due to internet disconnection
• Faults in third-party software or devices
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government sanctions, war, or pandemic
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing their password with others
• Losses from bets placed on sports event outcomes

Under no circumstances shall tk100's maximum liability exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

11 Changes to Terms

Tk100 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of any significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a platform notification.
